If you have received spam which contains references or links to Group Metrics please let us know immediately. We will not tolerate our services being used in conjunction with spam and we promise that all reports will be investigated fully and suitable action taken. Our customers sign up to a strict terms of service agreement which they must adhere to. Those that do not will be denied access to our products and services.
Please provide as much information as possible when making a report. It would also be most helpful if you could forward any offending messages that you have received (with their headers intact) to support.
